We cannot praise this loaf enough. We have taken a long time to perfect this amazing flavorful bread. Subtle sour taste, hard flavorful crust, airy… Perfect in every way, whether it is used for sandwiches or for table bread with butter or olive oil or any spread. It does not need much.
Ingredients: Unbleached Unbromated Enriched Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Levain Naturel (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Natural Starter), and Sea Salt.
