Since 1992, Pain D’Avignon has employed dedicated artisans, who protect time honored processes, to make world-class bread, croissants and pastries. This is our daily pursuit, which is truly a labor of love. Speaking of love… we also love coffee. To us, good coffee like good bread, is wholesome. Coffee means home and it has a place on every table. it must be enjoyed fresh.
This is why we roast our beans daily in our facility on Cape Cod and partner with respected importers who have direct fair-trade relationships with cooperative organic farms from all around the world. These cooperatives consist of thousands of local farmers, many of them women, who have access to health insurance, clean water, technology, and education. The cooperatives assist member families and communities to obtain the necessary certifications, while also helping them to sustainably grow their businesses.
All this should encourage us to drink more good coffee… and may we suggest that you enjoy your coffee with a hand-made, butter croissant from Pain D’Avignon. A perfect pairing, made on Cape Cod.
