Current job openings:

Duties: Expand commercial bakery operations to integrate a range of bread, pastries and viennoiserie products made with Ancient Grains (AG) including all grains that have been planted and harvested the same way throughout history without generic modification or adaptation to cultural expectations for appearance and taste. Develop source of supply and recipes. Update and optimize the existing manufacturing procedures, train and supervise employees and recruit and train new bakers and employees on AG techniques. Integrate new manufacturing procedures for AG products. Adjust and reorganize production following customer feedback, oversee production and marketing, develop, monitor AG supply chain. Lead training, classes and recruitment, optimize and consolidate manufacturing processes. Monitor customer feedback, sales and production statistics, adjust recipes and product selection.

Requirements: One year experience or training in research and development of ancient grains taxonomy. Experience in setting up AG manufacturing processes, training and supervising employees on AG processing and production.

Travel: 20% travel in Northeast U.S.
