Given that wine cellars date back nearly 4000 years and have always been part of great restaurants, it was natural to include one in the progression of our French Bistro concept. The café was conceived with elements of simplicity, warmth, and inclusiveness. We continued this design philosophy and created a 1000 bottle, all French wine cellar, without disrupting the intimacy of the dining room. The glass paneled, floor to ceiling, black racked room, has a library feel that catalogs wines from each region of France. This reflects the design of our wine list, where our guests choose wines by the particular region of France it was bottled, rather than by grape varietal. This is important to our Chef, as he creates his dishes to represent the very best of all regions of France and the Mediterranean have to offer. We have a lot of wine to share, allow one of servers to uncork one or “two” bottles for you upon your next visit. “À votre santé”!
