Thank you for choosing Pain D’Avignon and welcome to our world of bread making.

We are looking forward to assisting you with any questions you might have while choosing from our assortment of products.

If you are not familiar with our breads we will be more than happy to send you our catalogue, arrange a delivery of samples or a meeting with one of our representatives.

We kindly ask you to call (508) 771-9771 ext 1, or email orders@paindavignon.com, so that we can set you up as our new wholesale customer.

In order to set you up in our system, we will need precise delivery instructions and time frame of when you would like the delivery so that we can see whether the deliveries are possible.

We also ask all our new wholesale customers to fill out a credit application. The credit application is available as a PDF and can be mailed or faxed back to us:

Our payment terms are 14 days. All new, seasonal accounts are required to have a valid credit card on file.

If you prefer paying with a credit card, you can set this up with our account receivables department at (508) 771-9771 x 205. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express and charge a credit card fee.

We kindly ask you to respect our credit terms and keep our relationship going. If the account is overdue and any arrangements we have with the account are not met, we will cancel our deliveries and will hold the account responsible for any legal and collection fees.

 

Ordering Procedure & Deliveries

When placing orders, please remember to state the following:
1. Your Name
2. Account Name
3. Delivery Date
4. Product Name
5. Product Item Number
6. Indicate Sliced or Not Sliced
7. Contact Telephone Number

Orders, Cancellations, Changes, Add-ons and Standing Orders:
To provide better service and quality to our customers, all wholesale bread orders and all wholesale pastry orders must be placed by 3:00 PM 2 days prior to delivery.

Our customers have the option to place a standing order that can be customized for each day of the week. In case a standing order is placed, there is no need to call the office daily unless there is a change or cancellation in the order, in which case a call needs to be made in a time frame mentioned above.

Customers are responsible for changing or canceling their standing orders or scheduled deliveries due to holidays, weather conditions or for any other reason.

Minimum Orders:
Off Cape Deliveries: $75.00
On Cape Deliveries: $45.00
Outside Standard Delivery Area: $100.00 – $200.00

All breads can be sliced and cookies & brownies can be packaged.

Pain D’Avignon bakes and delivers 364 days a year. We do not deliver on Christmas Day.

We have a devoted crew that works very hard every day to pack your bread and deliver it on time. Each one of us understands the unique food business we are all in and how important the delivery time is, along with the freshness of the product you receive.

Pain D’Avignon can not always foresee the weather and traffic situation so we kindly ask you to understand this and give us a window of opportunity for our bread deliveries.

If you are not present at the time of the delivery, we need to receive precise delivery instructions where you want your bread left. Some of our customers give us keys so that the bread can be left inside or provide us with outdoor storage where the bread can be left safely.

If you are present at the time of the delivery, the invoice should be signed and the bread should be checked before the driver leaves.

We kindly ask our Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket customers to contact the office regarding the delivery details.
