Cranberry Pecan Bread is a Pain D’Avignon Bakery classic for your Thanksgiving table

Cranberry Pecan Bread has a fine crunchy crust with a dark brown sheen. The crumb is slightly sweet and has a “melt-in-your-mouth” texture. The generous combination of the main ingredients, dried cranberries & pecans, give this bread extra moisture. Unbleached wheat flour, filtered Cape Cod water, levain naturel, refined cane sugar, fresh yeast and sea salt make up the rest of the ingredients.

This is a versatile unique bread at home for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as an accompaniment on a cheese board. Toasted with European style butter, sandwiches of turkey & brie, cheese course paired with blue cheese or for your Thanksgiving stuffing this is our go to bread!
