Ordering Procedure
Due to the old fashioned baking methods we use, we have to receive all orders by 11am for the next day's delivery. The only exceptions are our pies, crackers and display breads which need to be ordered 2 days in advance. We understand the nature of your business and realize that it would be more convenient to place your order as late as possible but even with this time limit, we have to estimate the quantities because the actual procedure of making the product we send you fresh every day is approximately 24 hours.
All orders are placed through our order line, (508) 771-9771. We can take orders in advance or place standing orders in our system in order to help you with having one less thing to think about while running your business. Any order can be adjusted as long as you give us a call within the time frame stated.
If it is more convenient for you to call after our working hours, please do so but we kindly ask you to always leave a message only on the order line mail box stating your name, the full name of the account where you are calling from, your order, when you want your delivery and the number you can be reached at in case we have any questions.
For your convenience we also accept fax orders. All orders must be faxed within the time frame requested to (508) 778-6778.
We would also appreciate it if you could place your orders using our product item numbers so that we can avoid any mistakes. If you require any of the breads to be sliced we kindly ask you to say so when placing an order otherwise our breads will be delivered unsliced.
All orders, additions, changes and cancellations can be done only through our order line and office personnel.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND ADD-ONS:
For your convenience you can make any changes, additions and cancellations to your order by 11 am before your next day's delivery. All our customers are responsible for any cancellations (due to weather, seasonal business, holiday, renovation, or any other reason) before cut off time or otherwise accept the charges if the cancellation was not made, as your bread will be in production as planned. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter
MINIMUM ORDER:
Minimum order for a bread delivery is $25.00.
