New Accounts

Thank you for choosing Pain D'Avignon and welcome to our world of bread making.

We appreciate your time and needs and are looking forward to assisting you with any questions you might have while choosing from our assortment of products.
If you are not familiar with our breads we will be more than happy to arrange a delivery of samples or a meeting with one of our representatives.

We kindly ask you to call us, so that we can set you up as our new wholesale customer. Our office is open Monday through Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm, or you can leave a message on our order line after hours and someone will get back to you right away. Our direct wholesale line is: (508) 771-9771.

In order to set you up in our system, we will need precise delivery instructions and time frame of when you would like the delivery so that we can see whether the deliveries are possible.

We also ask all our new wholesale customers to fill out a credit application.
The credit application can be mailed or faxed to you or you can obtain it through the following link: Credit Application (PDF).

We kindly ask you to send the credit application either by mail to our address:

Pain D'Avignon II Inc.
Attn: Accounts Receivable
15 Hinckley Road
Hyannis, MA 02601

or by fax to: (508) 778-6778

PAYMENT

Our payment terms are 7 days unless alternate arrangements have been made. With every delivery we leave a copy of the invoice and every 14 days we mail out a statement to help you check your balance.

If you want to set up a C.O.D. account, this can be done only if you are present when the driver makes his deliveries and the C.O.D. invoice must be signed.

If you prefer paying with a credit card, you can set this up with our account receivables department.

We kindly ask you to respect our credit terms and keep our relationship going. If the account is overdue and any arrangements we have with the account are not met, we will cancel our deliveries and will hold the account responsible for any legal and collection fees.
