Pain D’Avignon bakes and delivers 364 days a year.*
We have a devoted crew that works very hard every day to pack your bread and deliver it on time. Each one of us understands the unique food business we are all in and how important the delivery time is, along with the freshness of the product you receive.
Pain D'Avignon can not always foresee the weather and traffic situation so we kindly ask you to understand this and give us a window of opportunity for our bread deliveries.
If you are not present at the time of the delivery, we need to receive precise delivery instructions where you want your bread left. Some of our customers give us keys so that the bread can be left inside or provide us with outdoor storage where the bread can be left safely.
If you are present at the time of the delivery, the invoice should be signed and the bread should be checked before the driver leaves.
In the event you have a complaint about your delivery, we kindly ask you to call us as soon as possible so that we can correct the mistake on our side and work towards serving you better. If no calls are made within 48 hours, we will assume that everything was in perfect order.
We kindly ask our Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket customers to contact the office regarding the delivery details.
If you are interested in getting our breads via UPS please look at our shipping information in the Café-Boulangerie section.
A shipping and handling charge of $4.95 is applied to each delivery.
