Deliveries

Delivery VansPain D'Avignon has a devoted crew that works very hard every day to pack your bread and deliver it on time. Each one of us understands the unique food business we are all in and how important the delivery time is, along with the freshness of the product you receive.

This is one of the reasons why Pain D'Avignon offers most of our customers (depending on the area) two deliveries a day. The first delivery is early in the morning, and the second delivery is in early afternoon — both with fresh bread that was baked just a couple of hours before it left the bakery.

We can not always foresee the weather and traffic situation so we kindly ask you to understand this and give us a window of opportunity for our bread deliveries.

If you are not present at the time of the delivery, we need to receive precise delivery instructions where you want your bread left. Some of our customers give us keys so that the bread can be left inside or provide us with outdoor storage where the bread can be left safely.

If you are present at the time of the delivery, the invoice should be signed and the bread should be checked before the driver leaves.

In the event you have a complaint about your delivery, we kindly ask you to call us as soon as possible so that we can correct the mistake on our side and work towards serving you better. If no calls are made within 48 hours, we will assume that everything was in perfect order.

We kindly ask our Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket customers to contact the office regarding the delivery details
