About Us
When we opened our wholesale bakery in 1992, we always had an idea that we should, at the same time, produce artisan bread and create a community based bakery for our neighborhood where anyone can walk in and buy a fresh crusty loaf of good bread every day. This is how our retail store came to life.
Our store has always been a part of our bakery. In the beginning we only sold bread and throughout the years it has become one of the rare local stores where you can come and enjoy different gourmet treats.
We have started making sandwiches, our own homemade croissants with all natural butter and pies. We have a selection for every gourmet lover’s craving with different cheeses, pates, imported cured meats, high end balsamic vinegar and olive oil, French mustard, cookies, jams, olives, sea salt, homemade croutons.
We support our neighbors and buy our produce only from local all natural farms and some of our cookies from a lady that makes them in her own kitchen. We understood right away that our bread, even though it is the main ingredient, was not enough for a perfect tasting sandwich, so we have carefully selected all the other ingredients we offer to make the experience unforgettable.
