Whole Wheat

Whole Wheat Bread goes well with all foods, especially delicate cheeses and seafood. Its crust is deep golden brown, almost caramel color.

Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Poolish (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Filtered Water and Fresh Yeast), Wild Flower Honey, Sea Salt and Fresh Yeast.
