Sourdough

Sourdough, our most popular bread has a very long fermentation process. Totally yeast free, this bread is very moist and chewy but at the same time it has the hard crust that most of our breads are famous for. If you love the taste of Sourdough bread, you will see that this bread can accompany any type of food. The Rolls and Ficelles can be used for Hors d’oeuvres, sandwiches or as perfect bread for dipping into olive oil, especially with the different toppings that we make for these breads.

Ingredients:
Unbleached Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Levain Naturel (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Filtered Water) and Sea Salt.

Pronounced ‘fee sel’ which is the French word for a rope is a long thin loaf. Plain or sprinkled with seeds, Ficelles can be chewed on as a snack.
