Raisin Pecan/Cranberry Pecan

Appearance:

These breads have a fine crunchy crust with a dark brown sheen. The crumb is slightly sweet and has a “melt-in-your-mouth” texture.

Uses:

Storage:

Bread can be sold up to two days after it is baked and can be eaten for up to three days after.
