Croissants
We should not forget that making a croissant by hand requires special skill and patience and this is the way we chose to make our croissants. They are made by layering dough with real butter and folding it numerous times until it is ready to be rolled in thin sheets, cut by hand and then rolled again to form the perfect crescent shaped puff pastry that melts in your mouth. The swirls and buns we make are also made from croissant dough that is cut differently.
Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (Unbleached and Unbromated), Filtered Water, Fresh Yeast, Sea Salt, Refined Caned Sugar, Fresh Butter, Powdered Milk.
