Shared Passion
We belong to a community with a shared passion for better things.
Our passion is bread. Our customers share in our passion and give us support, without which we would not be where we are today. So many people have taken time to call or write to us to let us know how much they appreciate our bread. One of our longtime wholesale customers writes a little post-it on her every check with a note: “Thank you for your wonderful bread!” This kind of acknowledgement of what we do here makes us try hard, every day without exception, to make something unique.
Our other passion is the community we live in. Throughout the years we have supported and continue to support many fundraisers that have asked for bread donations for different causes. Every day is a new start in our bakery so at the end of it, all the extra bread from our store and our wholesale production is distributed to local churches and organizations for people less fortunate than us in need of help.
We also try to buy most of our ingredients from local businesses.
Living in this fast paced world, we sometimes forget how important the community and the people that surround us are. We all need support and encouragement from our surroundings and we need to share in our passions.
