REOPENING SOON :: 4.13.2008
After a very long winter and tremendous efforts from all our employees, family, friends and contractors, our new location, at 15 Hinckley, is ready to start production. We will be mixing and trying out our new ovens for a couple of weeks before we start our bread deliveries.This procedure has taken longer than we could have ever predicted, but we are very happy and excited about our new beginning. The bakery is looking better than ever and we can't wait to start baking.
We will have some new policies, so that we can serve you better and have a product of the highest quality.
Regretfully, our retail store will not be open for at least another month or two.
We will call all our wholesale customers ahead of time to let them know the exact date and we will post more updates on our website.
We are looking forward to serving you again and we hope you will continue enjoying the bread we all love.
